Lac des Babarottes par le lac de Vens

Beautiful trek in the Mercantour national park. From the car park, you will head towards the lakes of Vens where you can admire magnificent waterfalls on your route. Arrived at the lakes you can bivouac around the lake while respecting the restrictions of the park or sleep at the Vens refuge.

The second day, you will follow the various lakes of Vens to then climb to the Lac des Babarottes. From the lake, you can then continue the ascent to the ridges where you will have a magnificent panorama over the Tinée valley with the Auron station. You can then go back down to the starting car park.
