We are really proud to inform you the official launch of the OpenTracks application!

The first big step is finally completed: we offer you the result of a 2-year hard work. Every free time, evenings, weekends and holidays, was dedicated to this objective: to develop an application which makes everyone want to go out and discover the beauty of our world, right around the corner, or at the other end of France, of the planet.

To be honest, there were moments of great satisfaction (like the time when we finally managed to save a reliable geolocated route, while we were hiking), but also of real discouragement (when we wanted to create pretty emails to send to you, while every messaging system worked as it wanted). But what did not faltered: the passion in what we were doing.

Thus our small team put all her love and time in this collaborative project, and we hope you will appreciate at its true value.
