The rock trail from the Schlucht pass to the Krappenfels offers magnificent views of the Vosges mountains and the Alsace plain. Please note the route is technical and you should not be dizzy. (ramps, walkways, stairs). It is strongly advised not to use this trail when the weather conditions are not good and it is prohibited in winter. You will then discover at the Frankenthal near the Hohneck, an impressive glacial cirque with a farm inn, On the edge of this circus, at the end of the Munster valley, you will also see the Dagobert cave which would have served as a refuge for King Dagobert according to legend.
