Lacs de Gialorgues

Beautiful hike near Saint-Dalmas-le-Selvage. To access the beginning of the hike, you will have to walk along a long dirt road that is not necessarily very driveable by car (not recommended for cars with a low bumper). The hike begins with a gradual climb into the forest. You will follow a river until you reach a plateau. On the plateau, you will continue to the refuge of Gialorgues. Then you will continue a little trail. Turn right to begin the steep climb to the lakes. After visiting the lakes, you can begin the descent to the refuge. Be careful, there are no marked trails to go up and down to the lakes. Arrived at the refuge, you will be able to finish the hike by the same way.
